The Operations System is designed to enforce consistent workflows to reduce errors and provide consistent data while processing loads through the scalehouse.  Scalehouse Operators utilize a control panel interface that integrates all application features, resulting in an easy-to-learn and easy-to-use system.

 

This system is used to record and process all incoming and outgoing loads.  It records all financial information associated with these loads and supports complex cash handling and reconciliation features, as well as business account management.  In a typical configuration, the system will identify customers and record vehicle ID and license, vehicle type, gross/net/tare weights, material type, and load origin.  The Operations System is modular in design to address the different needs and requirements specific to your organization.  Modules can be added to this system to handle all aspects of scalehouse processing for solid waste such as traffic control, offence monitoring, unattended weighing, etc.  Transfer logistics and/or collection services can be integrated as part of the Operations System to further enhance the GEOWARE System.
