The GEOWARE System provides a high level of control over load processing but exception events do occur.  System event Notifications are a tool used to monitor, audit and improve inter-department communications when exception events occur by automatically sending notifications to a pre-determined list of people as the events occur.  These events can be triggered during live processing or when a transaction is edited and may be triggered when:

  • a customer drawdown balance is below the minimum
  • an operator voids or edits a load
  • a vehicle is detected on a scale but no transaction is created
  • the inbound weight is manually changed
  • the customer fails to pay
